As the Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for driving a busy lettings department.

Communicate with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth lettings processes and have the ability to answer complex queries. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Manage tenancy renewals and terminations. Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities. Carry out weekly/monthly reviews with staff to ensure targets are achieved. About You
Are you a motivated Lettings Manager with experience of working in a busy estate agency setting? If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require the following skills: 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Healthcare Qualification. Ability to achieve and manage KPIs. Right to work in the UK.
