Let’s face it: out-of-pocket expenses suck. And manual expense spreadsheets are old-school. No one wants to wait until payday to be reimbursed for something they bought for work, and finance teams have better things to do than spend hours tapping away on Excel. At Pleo, we’re on a mission to change this. We’re here to make spend management surprisingly effective and empowering – for finance teams and

employees. We’re doing away with an outdated business process to end out-of-pocket spending, encourage autonomy and give finance teams trust in employees. You'll be selling the SaaS tool (company spending solution) that comes with physical pre-paid cards that are then distributed to all employees of the company. But Pleo’s about more than just paying for stuff. You’ll be helping our customers simplify and streamline their invoices, reimbursements, subscriptions – the lot. About the role Pleo is looking for a hands-on Manager of Solution Engineers to join our dynamic team in London. As the Manager of Solution Engineers, you will lead a team that champions customer needs, articulates the value of our technology, and accelerates the sales cycle. You will report directly to the Global Head of Solutions and Services and play a crucial role in driving sales success through technical expertise and support. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Engineers. Guide your team in all customer experience-related activities with a customer-obsessed mindset. Customer Engagement: Partner with sales and customer experience leaders to support mid-market and enterprise customers. Conduct tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the features, capabilities, and benefits of Pleo’s solutions. Develop and deliver technical proposals, responses, trials, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Support, Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success) to align priorities and collaborate on customer needs. Provide feedback and insights to product and engineering teams. Provide thorough win loss analysis for higher and more efficient future wins Develop sales enablement resources such as technical documentation, FAQs, and competitive analysis. Metrics & Advocacy: Own and drive your team’s metrics, including impactful onboarding, reduced churn, and high Net Promoter Score (NPS). Advocate for the best customer experience, serving as the customer's advocate within Pleo. What we need:

Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams in B2B SaaS companies. Financial services experience a must Excellent hands on people leader, able to hire, inspire and develop an elite team Strong technical background with an in-depth understanding of B2B SaaS products, APIs, and relevant technologies, including configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting. A strong team player, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, and high-growth start-up experience Experience in leading prospect and customer engagements resulting in efficient qualifications, buyer and customer satisfaction, and impeccable win rates. Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to hire, inspire, and develop an elite team. Outstanding organisational and project management skills Strong interpersonal skills Experience with customer success tools and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Data Visualization tools like Looker, Tableau. Show me the benefits! Your own Pleo card (no more out-of-pocket spending!)
