You will be joining our Space Practice, working closely with Antoine Grenier, the head of the team. This role offers you significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a substantial impact on our clients and their markets by solving complex problems for the world’s leading space and satellite organisations. Your contributions will also be pivotal in shaping the growth and direction of our practice. Our Space Practice specialises in strategy, M&A, and regulatory projects within the space and satellite market. You will collaborate with our global pool of strategy consultants, leading both local and international projects as we work in partnership across the world. As Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the management and delivery of consulting projects, and for the production of high-quality client deliverables. You will also be expected to contribute to and lead some business development activities. You will play a significant role in the career development and mentoring of project teams, as well as line-management of team members. The nature of our projects is varied, and you will work on strategy design, due diligence and transaction support, as well as regulatory and policy work. This requires intellectual agility, drive and curiosity and is highly fulfilling for individuals who want to learn from experience and be part of or shape the change. You will form a key part of our global space team, collaborating with our space research analysts and experts, working across borders. Our clients are in many parts of the world and there will be opportunities for international travel, dependent on projects. You will also enjoy a hybrid work model, balancing the convenience of remote work while enjoying team spirit through work in our offices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing and delivering a diverse range of strategy projects across the Space industry globally. Proactively inspiring high levels of quality and performance from project teams. Building attributable client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your own sector expertise. Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support project delivery and sales. Managing and optimising resources and costs in the delivery of projects. Developing, mentoring, and line-managing team members. Qualifications

We recognise and celebrate the fact that not everybody is the same, and we value the diversity of backgrounds and skillsets you will add to our team. Managers are critical members of our project teams, having a clear impact on project delivery and quality, and on developing our teams. This is why, as a minimum, you need existing consulting experience, having managed and delivered strategic projects for high profile clients in the sector, and a passion for space. You need some experience working within the space sector already, and possibly a domain of expertise. You must be fluent in English. Additional Information

On top of this role being an exciting career opportunity, we offer many attractive benefits, including: An annual bonus. Private health and dental care. Flexible working. Your birthday off.
