Seeking a manager with stakeholder engagement experience to lead and grow our stakeholder engagement activities. The Role

The Manager Stakeholder Engagement is responsible for driving our approach to stakeholder engagement and governance across the organisation. They will support team members to achieve their best, to positively contribute and engage in the success of the organisation. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing activities that align with our Strategic Plan and Stakeholder Engagement Framework. The role is instrumental in engagement activities with health professionals, consumers, carers and the community and will be responsible for managing Board Advisory Committees. Selection Requirements:

Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Demonstrated leadership experience in stakeholder engagement, collaboration and consultation that supports strong partnership arrangements to achieve business outcomes. Sophisticated interpersonal, communication and engagement skills to represent the organisation with confidence. Proven success in leading teams and coaching individuals to deliver program and organisational outcomes. Ability to prepare quality business communication documents, including business and project plans, reports, briefing papers, general correspondence; with attention to detail. A commitment to the values of the organisation and a strong work ethic with a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to new situations, reform and innovation. About the Organisation
