The Manager, Statutory Accounting will play an integral role in the Tapestry Europe Accounting team and support both statutory reporting and general accounting functions. Responsibilities

Coordinate Tapestry’s European statutory audits, acting as the key point of contact for auditors and liaising with relevant internal stakeholders. Coordinate sign off of financial statements and any related resolutions by the Company Directors, adhering to local country FS filing procedures. Monitor changes to local GAAP and work with auditors to reflect changes to disclosures in the financial statements, e.g. updates to FRS102. Manage the end-to-end wholesale accounting process during each financial close, collaborating closely with FP&A and Wholesale teams. Support the General Accounting team during financial close, as well as with ongoing projects and initiatives. Develop strong cross-functional relationships with FP&A, Legal, and Global Accounting teams. Support the Statutory Reporting and General Accounting teams with ad hoc requests. Qualifications

ACA qualified, minimum of 3 years+ accounting experience at a major accounting firm. Strong technical accounting skills. US GAAP experience is desirable but not essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-starter, proactive and highly motivated. Ability to multitask and flexible to changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to perform critical analysis and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Retail experience at a multinational public company is desirable. European language skills are a plus. What Tapestry can offer you
