The Statutory Reporting Manager EMEA and AMER will be responsible for overseeing the company’s statutory and regulatory Financial Reporting requirements in the EMEA and AMER region. This role requires an understanding of GAAP and Tax compliance in the relevant EMEA and AMER CloudPay region. The role will work alongside the Assistant Group Controller to assess and implement technology improvement initiatives to create a Finance Centre of Excellence. Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities:

Adherence to financial regulations and standards, maintaining robust internal controls. Ensure the preparation of monthly EMEA and AMER management accounts (including but not limited to the below). This team will also interact with the Accounting Operations Team who will perform transactional accounting, billing and AP activities:

Accruals Prepayments Payroll journal entry Fixed assets Rent amortization Bonus accruals Quarterly bad debt provisions EMEA and AMER Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss review for meeting with Group Financial Controller and Finance team members.

Preparation of EMEA and AMER statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with legal and accounting standards. Timely completion of EMEA and AMER Statutory audits with no significant deficiencies noted preparing audit schedules, providing information to auditors and managing audit deliverables. Manage and oversee EMEA and AMER tax returns and inspections with support and review from either external advisors, Assistant Group Controller or Group Financial Controller. Ensure accurate and robust Financial Balance Sheet reconciliations. Support the Treasury function within Accounting Operations to ensure accurate cashflow forecasting and mitigate against FX exposure. Assist with budgeting and forecasting, where necessary. Calculate global Sales Commissions monthly to send to HR for payroll processing. Assist with Intercompany transactions, including accounting, cashflow and Transfer Pricing. Responsible for Finance review and approval of monthly EMEA and AMER employee payrolls before disbursement. Generate reports for management, where necessary. EMEA and AMER Finance point of contact for the relevant CloudPay stakeholders. Support the Assistant Group Controller with any Risk Assessments. Ongoing support and development with team members. Attributes and Experience Required:

Finance Qualification or equivalent certification with experience in a Finance Managerial role. Proven track record of managing financial compliance across EMEA and AMER. Experience in a complex, multinational organisation. Comprehensive knowledge of EMEA and AMER GAAP requirements. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply across multiple jurisdictions. Tech focused with a process improvement mindset when supporting the Assistant Group Controller in creating a Finance Centre of Excellence. Package and Benefits:
