As a Registered Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of our young people, ensuring they receive the highest standards of care and support.
Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and direction for our supported accommodation services Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, local authority requirements, and other relevant legislation Oversee the development, implementation, and review of person-centred care plans Lead and manage a team of support workers, providing access to training, supervision, and performance management
Qualifications and Experience:
Registration with Ofsted children's residential home as a Registered Manager is advantageous. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or a willingness to work towards this Proven experience of at least three years in a team leader/senior/management role within children's services/supported accommodation services In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, local authority requirements, and relevant legislation A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
