Construction Handbook , embedding best practices into client policies. Lead

Value Engineering

and

Life Cycle Costing

initiatives. Oversee risk management, maintaining and updating the

Risk Register . Support pre-contract and procurement strategies, contributing to reports and attending key client meetings. Advise design teams on cost implications and implement outcomes effectively. Assist in development appraisals, conducting measurements and researching pricing. About You Experience : 5–10 years as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with consultancy experience or equivalent expertise. Skills : Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge : Familiarity with construction technologies, trends (e.g., sustainability), and cost management. Mindset : Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
