A leading boutique procurement consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Transformation Leader to join a high-performing team delivering innovative procurement and supply chain solutions. This is your opportunity to lead large-scale transformation programs, drive meaningful change, and make a significant impact in both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Procurement Transformation Programs: Deliver major, complex procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives aligned with client objectives and long-term strategic goals. Develop Transformation Business Cases: Create evidence-based business cases with robust financial analysis, outlining resource implications and delivering clear justifications for change. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and engagement throughout transformation programs. Governance & Oversight: Establish and manage governance frameworks that support effective delivery of client plans, ensuring transparency, accountability, and high-quality outcomes. Innovative Change Management: Provide visionary leadership in change management, implementing creative solutions to overcome obstacles and deliver results in fast-paced, complex environments.

Key Skills and Experience:

Expertise in Procurement Transformation Leadership: Deep knowledge of transformation and change management strategies, with a proven ability to design and implement large-scale procurement transformation programs. Procurement Project Management Mastery: Strong understanding of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies, including experience with public sector Green Book business case frameworks. Sector-Specific Experience: Demonstrated success in delivering procurement solutions, especially in sectors like healthcare or transport (preferred but not essential). Strategic Resource Alignment: Proven ability to align financial, human, and technological resources strategically to achieve desired outcomes. Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, advocacy, and leadership capabilities to effectively influence and work with diverse stakeholders.
