HOW CAN YOU HELP US? In a nutshell:

Are you committed to being an inspiring leader? Can you help grow our BioPharma Testing business into the recognised market leader whilst driving commercial and operational excellence? Do you have experience either within the Testing, Inspection and Certification sector or in the biopharma/pharmaceutical sector? Do you have experience managing significant revenue and large teams? Are you based within the United Kingdom? Then this might be the role for you! What team will I be part of? You will be part of the BioPharma Testing leadership team, reporting to the Regional Director of BioPharma Product Testing Europe. As a Managing Director you will: Lead and expand the BioPharma Testing business

in the UK, which currently consists of 2 sites in Scotland and the South of England. Initiate and drive change , setting up action plans with clear-cut distribution of responsibilities. Develop a high-quality strategic plan

with challenging, achievable and fact-based milestones, quickly becoming hands-on if things derail. Lead and facilitate the sales & marketing activities

and become a trusted and reliable partner to customers. Drive operational excellence , continuous improvement, productivity and bottom-line results. Hire, motivate, develop

and retain excellent Business Unit Managers and department heads. Drive M&A due-diligence initiatives

and post-merger integration programs. What can we do for you? An

You have solid financial acumen, hands-on process improvement experience and the ability to implement changes in a complex organisation. Background:

You bring a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, of which at least 2 years have been in a full P&L management role, where you had operations and commercial teams under your responsibility. You have demonstrated experience of leading change and developing, coaching and motivating teams of 30+ people. You have an understanding of the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry working under GMP. Education:

You have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant business management, engineering or life sciences discipline. Language:

English proficiency is a must. Location:

You are based in the UK and are open to travel to our sites in Scotland and the South of England. We support your development!
