The successful candidate will work closely with the Board to deliver an ambitious, strategic plan, overseeing all aspects of the business while fostering a collaborative and people-focused company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the five-year strategic plan in alignment with Board objectives. Oversee all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the business. Manage the company’s P&L and ensure achievement of KPIs. Foster collaboration within the leadership team and set individual objectives. Represent the business in bi-monthly Board meetings with sector and non-executive directors. Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Managing Director ready for their next challenge, with: A proven track record in growing businesses and driving innovation. A collaborative leadership style, adept at fostering a “family feel” within the organisation. The ability to work in a structured, controlled manner with internal and external stakeholders.
