The owner of the business wants to retire but needs a seasoned commercial MD to take over the business. It is, of course, a broad role and demands both leadership and management skills. There may also be a potential opportunity to front an MBO.
Candidates will be commercial professionals, probably with experience of supplying goods and services to the building/construction sector but this is not a prerequisite. The company needs re-focusing and a re-energised strategic vision and an MD with drive and commitment.
