About Foundever & The Foundation

Foundever is a leader in Customer Experience Management. We support more than 700 customer brands in 40 countries with over 160,000 associates working across the globe.

As we continue to support investment in education and inclusion programs in the communities in which we live and work, we also want to engage our stakeholders in meaningful action and dialogue in support of this initiative with a specific focus on building awareness, engaging the community, and raising increased resources ultimately serving more of the community.

We have already helped thousands of people through our Academies program, focusing on growing their skills in languages, communication, and technologies. These are skills for life that help empower those that feel disconnected from the job market, helping them apply to stable and secured job opportunities at Foundever or elsewhere.

Foundever Foundation is our next chapter in empowering communities to build strength and resilience whilst increasing our social impact in the communities in which we are established, with a focus on education and developing language skills (beginning with English) through Customer Experience relationship management. We see our Foundation as operating through our global teams and systems as well as through funding partnerships. Its organization will be adapted to the local characteristics of the market, the legislation, and the fiscal regime.

About the Role

You will lead a mission-driven organization whilst being able to access Leadership teams and Foundever resources to help achieve your goals.

In collaboration with our Global COO & Co-founder, you will continue to refine and expand the reach of the Foundation as well as oversee social initiatives of Foundever's wider company initiatives.

You will incubate the project leveraging our company’s ecosystem and assets: our workforce and the communities in which we operate, the brands we support, our network of suppliers.

You will also be able to leverage existing Foundever implementations in 45+ countries via their knowledge, network, and infrastructures including HR, Legal, Finance, IT, etc. This also extends to opportunities among our 600 and growing clients who have interests in supporting the development of local talent pools as well as over 20,000 suppliers who can support our efforts through their own initiatives.

The role will suit someone who is passionate about inclusion through education. You think big and want to achieve positive impact and results.

Key Deliverables

Continue to define and expand the Foundation mission and key programs by contributing to strategy and policy as a member of the Foundever leadership team.

Define the business plan and own its delivery whilst promoting a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous development within the organization.

Build strategic partnerships by pursuing and developing integrated and dynamic partnerships with new institutions advancing the brand mission of the Foundation.

Raise funds to build on our solid foundation by being innovative. Produce overarching fundraising strategies and ensure their effective implementation.

Who You Are

Someone who is deeply passionate about education and social innovations.

Has an international profile with global connections within the non-profit and social innovation network.

An entrepreneur at heart with a business-focused mind who can operate with agility both operationally and strategically.

Well-versed in Corporate Philanthropy, knowledge of CSR, legal and fiscal regimes in different markets, International Education organizations, and policies.

Able to work transversally and engage stakeholders from various functions, at the Corporate, regional, and local levels.

You will have excellent personal presence and impact.

Have proven experience in fundraising and income generation activity and have knowledge of how strategic management impacts and influences operational management.
