My client is a highly successful manufacturer of specialist engineering and science products. They are looking for a Managing Director to join their expanding team. You will possess a dynamic and application-driven approach to the sales process and the drive to achieve ambitious growth goals. You must inspire the organisation to be customer-focused to attain top-line revenue growth and improve profitability.
Main Duties:
Providing inspired leadership company-wide Making high-level decisions about policy & strategy Developing & implementing operational policies and strategic plans Providing direction Designing organisation structure & staffing for growth and profitability Knowledge/Experience Required:
Educated to Degree Level in a technical subject 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management/similar Experience in sales of technical equipment Export control Ability to train, develop, motivate and manage teams Experience in x-ray and detection technology desirable Experience with significant operations improvements and revenue growth Salary/Other Details:
