Candidate Profile : Proven successful leadership experience within the Health & Wellbeing sector; experience of delivering services into PMI & OH markets would also be a distinct advantage. Demonstrable experience in the delivery of digital technology to enhance products and services. Educated to Degree level, you will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to drive significant growth & “change” with experience of managing cross-functional teams in a multi-faceted environment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present to senior leadership. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels. Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation. Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools.
