We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to join a cutting-edge Smart Manufacturing Division. In this newly created role, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a key subsidiary of a forward-thinking global technology group.
The Role:
As Divisional Managing Director, you will:
Drive growth through strategic planning, operational excellence, and M&A activity.
Take full P&L responsibility, managing budgets and delivering on ambitious financial targets.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to achieve business objectives.
Represent the division within the market, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with the group’s senior management to align divisional performance with overall company goals.
What We’re Looking For:
A proven senior leader with extensive experience in smart manufacturing.
Demonstrable success in driving growth, managing P&L, and leading diverse teams.
Expertise in technological developments and trends, with experience in medical consumables/technology a plus.
Strong background in M&A and post-acquisition integration.
Growth-focused, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
