Can be based in any of our offices across Argyll & Bute Argyll Community Housing Association is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to lead and manage its wholly owned Repairs & Maintenance subsidiary, Argyll Homes for All. Educated to degree level and with a minimum of five years' experience in a senior management position, the Managing Director will ensure that the repairs and maintenance of the housing stock is carried out to the highest quality standards, whilst creating exceptional customer and employee experiences. As a member of the Association's Management Team, you will play a key role in advising and supporting both the ACHA and the AHFA Boards of Management to deliver the repairs and maintenance service, help to implement the Group's new Target Operating Model and drive the development of an effective and efficient service delivery structure with an approach that is modern, high quality and achieves the Groups KPIs. You will possess excellent interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills, and you won't be afraid to challenge the status quo. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
