We are currently seeking a
Managing Director of Professional Services
to lead a team of building surveyors, architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, and mechanical and electrical designers. The successful candidate will have experience working at an executive level within a practice or consultancy and be capable of driving and managing growth within the company. You will be joining at a period of expansive growth and be involved in the continued growth plans. You will champion the vision, values and purpose of the business and will need to have a proven track record at director level and P&L responsibility of circa 5 million in design fees. Key Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing all aspects of professional services. Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth. Maintaining strong client relationships. Working primarily on Government and MOD buildings/projects and programmes, you will be required to hold security clearance (not necessary to start). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the built environment and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
