Job Description We are seeking a visionary leader to take full responsibility for scaling our global strategic services with the enterprise market. The successful candidate will manage new business lines including product life cycle, go to market strategies, and the business P&L. The expectation is that this role will operate with the entrepreneurial agility of a start-up, within the framework of the larger corporation. Responsibilities: Manage the business line (P&L responsibility). Oversee its investments, ensuring sustained growth and increasing valuation. Lead the development of a business line strategy and vision for the CX market, guide marketing efforts, and build client relationships. Partner with your colleagues to identify opportunities to introduce and upsell other Miratech services, creating a reference model that showcases the added value strategy. Apply the Miratech corporate policies and procedures to the needs of this business line. Fulfill your other executive responsibilities consistent with the purpose of this role. Qualifications: Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability and desire to drive business success in a fast-paced corporate environment. Successful experience building and leading diverse, global teams. Proven ability in decision-making, taking ownership, and effectively managing in a changing environment. Ten or more years of successful experience in business management and/or development, preferably with IT services, managed services, and/or a SaaS business company. Deep knowledge and experience in the CRM, CX, Unified Communications and/or related IT markets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, resilience and the ability to thrive in complex, fast-changing environments, a strong moral compass, and commitment to ethical business practices.
