Prepare and present detailed cost reports, forecasts, and valuations to senior management and clients. Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with construction projects, ensuring profitability and financial control. What You'll Need to Be Successful:
Educational Background:
A qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Experience:
Proven experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor (or Senior Quantity Surveyor) in the construction industry, with a track record of managing large-scale projects. Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control procedures, and financial reporting. Proficient in relevant software tools. Leadership Skills:
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Attention to Detail:
