Managing Quantity Surveyor – North Yorkshire - c£78k + Package (subsistence available) Are you keen to join a blue chip, privately owned, multi-disciplined contractor with an exceptional reputation in the marketplace? Our client has an outstanding array of frameworks and clients, providing a full range of civil engineering projects across the country including major highways, public realms, park and rides, major infrastructure, structures and much more. They also have other divisions including data centres, built environment, rail and advanced engineering for future career opportunities. Due to an internal promotion, they have a flagship major civil engineering highways scheme in North Yorkshire which requires a Managing Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the Commercial Manager, taking responsibility for managing change and all value on the project. This is an NEC3 Option A contract worth circa £70m. While ideally the successful candidate will live within commuting distance of the project, a subsistence allowance can be provided for someone who lives further afield.
