Job Title: Admin Support & President Assistant (Mandarin Speaking) Location: United Kingdom Type: Full-time, Year-to-Year Rolling Contract We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Support & President Assistant who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the President and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in handling administrative tasks with attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling daily tasks Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Manage calendars, arrange travel itineraries, and coordinate appointments Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders in both English and Mandarin Assist with various administrative duties as required to ensure smooth office operations Requirements: Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Visa Status: Ideally holds a permanent visa allowing work in the UK Desirable: Availability to start within 3 weeks Contract Terms: This is a year-to-year rolling contract with the opportunity for renewal based on performance and company needs.
