Machining quality components in accordance with technical engineering drawings and specifications Manual Milling Manual Turning Boring Setting one-off components using clamps, angle plates, etc. Correctly identifying parts using hard stamping. Deburring components and ensuring they are fit for transportation. Carry out daily bookings against route card jobs and timings. Inspection for all components throughout the process. Maintain a safe working environment and comply with the Company’s H&S Policy. The successful candidate for the Manual Machinist position will have the following experience:
Time Served Apprenticeship, with an appropriate craft or technical qualification (preferable) Experience milling, boring, and turning within a heavy engineering environment (Essential) Able to read and interpret technical Engineering drawings (Essential)
