Are you a Manual Machinist or similar with a mechanical background in machining or tool handling, looking for a stable, long-term role within an expanding company where you can upskill and progress within a full-time, permanent position?

On offer is the opportunity to join a small, but growing company specialising in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality hydraulic and industrial components. The friendly, but dynamic team provide precision hydraulic solutions to a range of different industries such as Aviation, Industrial, Agricultural and Automotive.

In this varied role, your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining milling machines, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce precise parts. You will be responsible for interpreting CAD drawings, grinding, assembling components, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality. You will also collaborate with a team to troubleshoot any issues and ensure smooth production processes.

This role would suit a Manual Machinist with a mechanical background in machining or tool handling, looking to take the next step in their career with a small, but growing hydraulic and engineering company that offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and further develop your skills in a supportive environment.

The Role: Operate, maintain and service milling machines, lathes, and other equipment to fabricate precision parts. Interpret CAD drawings, grind, and assemble components to meet quality standards.
