GDS Engineering Ltd is a specialist modular seamless walling manufacturer. We are based in Brackley and together with our other services, we work with global motorsport teams including those in Formula 1 as well as other exciting sporting and hospitality categories. We are currently looking to expand our manufacturing team and take on a new colleague who has experience of working in a busy and fast-paced environment. We are also looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt to the many different aspects of the job.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 year’s proven experience of working in a CNC manufacturing environment Proven experience with Proto Trak Controls, XYZ 4-Axis Mills The ability to work as part of a team and independently Be willing to put in overtime when needed Being punctual and reliable is a prerequisite An interest in motorsport would be an advantage but not essential Checkable references are essential Working Hours & Salary:
The company offers a 5 day working week. Monday to Thursday we operate a 9 hour day (8am to 5pm) with a paid 30 minute lunch break included, along with 2 x 15 minute breaks. On Fridays we operate a shorter 6 hour day (8am to 2pm) with a paid 30 minute lunch break. We offer a quarterly bonus scheme based on the overall success of the company and your contribution as an individual. Once a successful probation period (three months) is completed, a successful candidate can expect a salary in the range of £33,000 to £36,000 including bonuses. Additional benefits are also available to staff after probation including paid sick leave and group insurance. The opportunity for international travel to race events may also be available for the ideal candidate.
