Specific responsibilities: Maintaining Time and Attendance system (Kronos) / Recording all time and attendance information and end of month reporting General administration: filing, scanning, photocopying etc. for all manufacturing areas Raising and receiving purchase orders Covering reception Covering the planning function (training will be provided) Maintaining training records and ensuring all documented sign off sheets are completed (Training matrix Nvolve) Liaising with suppliers of direct purchase items such as Films, Glue and Cores Checking accuracy and completing administration for Hygiene records Checking stock and re-order administration Supporting Manufacturing Manager with any administration / reporting requirements HR tasks and any other ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business Additional Information: All employees have a responsibility to co-operate and maintain the EMS, which includes: Understanding and adhering to personal responsibilities regarding the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 or Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order SI 1978/1039; Taking reasonable care for your own and others' health and safety while at work; cooperating with your employer on health and safety matters; Compliance with relevant environmental procedures and rules; Ensuring that waste is maintained at an absolute minimum, and disposed of into the correct bins; Using substances that may pose a threat to the environment with care and in accordance with the instructions and training delivered; Making the most efficient and effective use of all resources; Advising the Company of any shortfalls or oversights in its environmental arrangements; Being proactive in conserving energy, e.g., switching machinery off when not in use; Actively participating in improvement initiatives and the Environmental suggestion scheme on site.
