Unspecified We are currently seeking to recruit 2 x MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATES to join our teams in Plymouth, Devon, UK on a Fixed Term 7 Month Contract. At the Plymouth location we design and manufacture sensor products for control, navigation and guidance for surface and air applications in the global aerospace and defence markets. Role Responsibilities

Working in accordance with standard operating instructions, engineering drawings and product specifications Assembling and soldering pre-mounted PCB boards Soldering operations to IPC J standards Assembling the PCB boards into mechanical housing Loading the products onto local test rigs and running tests Basic Requirements

Previous manufacturing assembly experience Excellent attention to detail The flexibility to work occasionally at the weekend We will also welcome applications from anyone who has held a role in which high quality, accuracy, speed and dexterity are required to produce repeatable results. You will have experience of working in a team environment, showing a flexible and positive approach. Candidates selected for interview will be given a short soldering assembly exercise to complete that will enable you to try the kind of work we do and for us to assess your trainability.
