Modify, optimize, and monitor manufacturing processes within a busy machine shop Support the Works Manager to maximize resources Implement lean manufacturing practices The Person

Previous experience within a rotating machinery repair / machine shop Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques Knowledge of raw materials, quality systems and standards, and process improvement techniques
