Our well-established client in Andover is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer offering a salary up to £40,000 per annum, with a 3:30 PM finish on a Friday, biannual profit share scheme, perk box, and much more!

The ideal candidate will oversee and execute engineering activities to ensure that product lines or groups meet all requirements, including forecasted output, product quality, adherence to specifications, and on-time delivery. This role is essential in maintaining high standards and ensuring seamless operations from production to delivery.

The successful Manufacturing Engineer will receive: A salary between £32,000 - £40,000 per annum Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday 08:30 - 15:30 Biannual Profit Share Scheme Free Parking 4 x Salary Life Assurance Perk Box Subscription

As the Manufacturing Engineer you will: Assist senior engineers with project tasks, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and mentor junior team members. Provide training for junior engineers, production teams, and operators. Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing quality. Assist in quality investigations, audits, and new product/process introductions.

We would love to hear from you if you have a background in environmental compliance and sustainability. For this role you will need: Minimum: An HNC or HND in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline. Preferable: A degree qualification; BEng/MEng in an engineering or scientific discipline such as electronics, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering. A minimum of 2 years working in a relevant manufacturing environment.
