Are you a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Engineer looking to join a dynamic and passionate business within the Electronics sector? As the Manufacturing Engineer, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring optimal quality and efficiency across manufacturing operations. About the Role

As our Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of process optimisation and quality assurance, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance manufacturing excellence. Key Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer

Process Excellence & Quality

Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analysing workflows, optimising space utilisation, and enhancing equipment layouts. Develop and maintain process validation protocols using Standard Operating Procedures. Conduct Process Capability studies and Gauge R&R analyses. Manage and document engineering procedures while ensuring compliance and regular reviews.

Technical Leadership & Training

Mentor junior and graduate engineers on manufacturing equipment and engineering disciplines. Support production teams with technical expertise and troubleshooting. Develop and deliver operator training programs. Collaborate with supervisors to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Quality & Customer Focus

Partner with quality engineers on investigations and 8D reports. Support internal and external audits. Review and implement customer documentation requirements. Assist in PFMEA risk evaluations.

New Product Development

Support the introduction of new products and processes. Design jigs and fixtures. Develop measurement methods for critical characteristics. Create assembly instructions and technical drawings.

Equipment & Systems Management

Collaborate with maintenance teams on equipment servicing and repairs. Support preventive maintenance programs. Contribute to business management systems and KPI reporting.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Proven experience in manufacturing process improvement. Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies. Experience with process validation and verification. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. What they can offer:
