We have an exciting role for a

Project Process Engineer , who will join a manufacturer and developer of flex solutions (including cell contacting systems) for EV vehicle battery modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading engineering projects related to flex solutions for EV vehicle battery modules. This person will do: Support Project Manager with products from Concept to delivery. Oversee the project for design, development, and testing of flex solutions, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Responsible for supplier RFQ process including creating specification, sign off and guidance throughout the Tool trial build phase and final PPAP submission. Generate production documentation, BoMs, routings, layouts, efficient process flow, PFMEA, Standard work, and control plans. Develop and maintain Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), PFMEA and contribute to Control Plans in alignment with APQP requirements. Define procurement specifications. Lead on material flow and Line layouts using AutoCAD for feasibility studies. Project manage the equipment delivery phase. Ensure Environmental Health & Safety policy is always adhered to. Contribute to control plans, supporting PPAP approval. This person will have: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of industry experience Strong knowledge of engineering principles and automotive industry standards. Proven track record of managing engineering projects from conception to completion. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools. Proficiency in Gantt charts and timing plans. Project management experience, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management. Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings and tolerances. Ability to take initiative, be flexible, proactive, and committed. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, presents data effectively. Seniority level
