(DOE) Flexible Working Hours: Monday – Friday (options available) Work on complex assemblies & components in a high-tech environment Be part of a supportive team driving innovation and excellence Your Role as a Manufacturing Engineer: Develop and evaluate manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality. Work with cutting-edge technology to enhance production capabilities. Provide technical documentation and support continuous improvements. Ensure product and process quality through strict standards and monitoring. Collaborate with vendors to optimize fabrication, assembly, and tooling processes. Maintain compliance with all regulations and internal policies. Identify and implement innovative technologies to improve manufacturing methods. What They’re Looking For in a Manufacturing Engineer: Strong experience in manufacturing complex assemblies and components (preferably aerospace). Proficiency in document control, including ECR, NDA, DAR, SOP, BOMs, and routing. Hands-on experience in sheet metal forming, machining, and welding (advantageous). CAD proficiency (2D & 3D) and excellent project management skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of PFMEA’s, DCM’s, control plans, and inspection protocols. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
