Job Description Oversee and improve manufacturing processes within the organisation. Collaborate with other engineers and departments to enhance productivity and efficiency. Utilise industry knowledge to implement innovative manufacturing solutions. Actively participate in cross-functional teams to address and solve manufacturing issues. Develop and implement systems that optimise all phases of the production process. Assess and analyse current production methods and make recommendations for improvements. Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.

The Successful Applicant A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have: A degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and safety regulations. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
