Shorterm Group are partnered with a leading OEM to recruit a new Manufacturing Engineer to join their production team in Coventry. Combining strategic planning with hands-on work, this role needs a natural problem solver with experience in NPI, continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.

You'll be a Manufacturing Engineer with a good grounding in engineering fundamentals, from a background in automotive manufacture or similar high-production environment and able to read technical/engineering drawings. You will also have had past responsibility for CAPEX, in addition to driving change and improving existing processes.
