Manufacturing Engineer - The Company:

Our client is a global leader in advanced engineered solutions, specialising in high-performance materials and manufacturing processes for the aerospace and industrial sectors. They are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their successful team.

Manufacturing Engineer - Responsibilities:

Create, verify, and release robot programs for automated cells. Create, verify, and release programs for other programmable manufacturing equipment. Design and deliver tooling and fixtures for manufacturing processes. Develop and implement new advanced manufacturing equipment and automation. Support justification of capital funding requests. Create supporting documentation for automated equipment (SOP and EMS). Support the identification and implementation of new manufacturing technology. Responsible for program storage, data back-ups, and revision control for manufacturing equipment. Implement and support EH&S activities.

Manufacturing Engineer - Requirements:

Minimum of five years' experience programming one of the following: Industrial robots, Control systems, CNC Milling or EDM Machines. Candidates with less experience may be considered with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. In-depth knowledge of automation systems. Good understanding of tooling and fixture design. Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems (pneumatics, tooling, measurement feedback systems). Robot programming experience, Yaskawa or Fanuc an advantage. Proficient in CAD, Siemens NX an advantage. High level of computer literacy (Word/Excel/Project). Good judgment and decision-making. Communication and teamwork skills.

Manufacturing Engineer - Salary & Benefits:
