Job Description
What will you be doing?
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will join our team in Aberdeen to support our activities within the naval sector. You’ll be driving the design and optimization of
production processes
for
high-precision electronics, composites, and plastic moulded components , supporting mission-critical systems.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for mass production, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output. Design and implement production processes, incorporating best practices and cutting-edge techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and deliverables. Support projects involving plastic moulding, composite manufacturing, and electronics manufacturing. Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges to ensure seamless operation and delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Experience, skills and qualifications required:
Expertise in manufacturing engineering for mass production processes. Experience in production process design and implementation. Background in the automotive industry, with exposure to high-volume manufacturing. Hands-on experience with electronics manufacturing processes. Knowledge of plastic moulded and composite manufacturing techniques.
