What the role involves
- Improving manufacturing systems, processes, and production flow.
- Supporting fabrication and assembly operations for heavy machinery.
- Develop efficient production methods and shop-floor layouts.
- Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Yamazumi, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing BOMs (Bills of Materials) and material flow.
- Coordinating with production, quality, supply chain.
Skills and requirements
- Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- ERP/MRP systems knowledge.
- Understanding of welding, machining, hydraulics, and assembly processes.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
