Are you a Manufacturing Engineer from a Precision Engineering background looking for a technically challenging and specialist role within a leading company that offers the autonomy to make the role your own and to continually progress through to management?

This market-leading company provides a range of precision engineering services including multi-axis CNC machining, turning, and press tooling for a broad range of customers across numerous industries including Aerospace, Automotive, and Industrial. They are going through an exciting period of growth and are now looking to grow their friendly team to keep up with an ever-growing workload.

In this specialist role, you will be the right hand to the Engineering Manager as you play an essential role in all manufacturing processes. You will support team members, check up on the progress of ongoing projects in addition to being responsible for updating efficient and lean manufacturing processes as you work Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm with an early finish at 1pm on a Friday.

This dynamic role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer from a Precision Engineering background looking for a senior role in a UK leading company that offers ongoing progression opportunities as the company continues to grow.

The Role:

Support members of the manufacturing team Responsible for on-time and within-budget project delivery Accurate documentation of manufacturing processes Improve manufacturing processes from a lean manufacturing and efficiency perspective Work closely with the Engineering Manager and liaise with other departments
