Up to £36p/h (Umbrella) Responsibilities: Ensure that products are built efficiently and to budget. Compile and update Manufacturing Instructions. Design, commission, and prove associated tooling. Support the industrial validation process through the use of FMEAs, FAIs, etc. Resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process. Implement route card changes as a result of rework activities. Manage Configuration Control by embodying Design Modifications into the Manufacturing Instructions. Support the Non-Conformance Process using SAP. Experience Required: Formal technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 and Level 3 (ONC). Ability to interpret Design Drawings and produce Manufacturing Build Instructions for both Skilled and Semi-Skilled operators. Experience in Electronic Sub Assembly manufacture through to System level builds. Knowledge of the assembly process for small/miniature Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems. Ability to understand and work to Company Processes and Procedures. Strong communication skills within the working group and at various levels of the organisation.
