Job Description As Manufacturing Engineer you will be tasked with the following; Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes and systems Analyse manufacturing process flows for enhancement of quality, cost reduction, and throughput Collaborate with design engineering regarding product tooling and design Estimate production costs and effect of product design changes for management review Implement process control systems to meet production requirements and standards Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble products Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace Coordinate with equipment vendors to ensure satisfactory system performance The Successful Applicant A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector Excellent knowledge of manufacturing systems and procedures Proficient in CAD software and data analysis Strong problem-solving and communication skills What's on Offer An estimated salary range of £36,000 - £44,000, based on market rates A comprehensive benefits package Generous holiday leave An inclusive and collaborative company culture Opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility in Stoke-On-Trent
