About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity for a technically skilled individual to step into a mid-level manufacturing role that combines hands-on expertise with strategic production oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in control panel manufacturing or a solid understanding of their design and assembly. For those with leadership potential, the role could also encompass Production Management responsibilities. As the Manufacturing Engineer you will:

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for control panel production. Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production line. Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards. Monitor and manage production schedules, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices to drive efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure all products comply with industry standards and client specifications. Conduct inspections and oversee testing processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and quality assurance. Mentor and guide less experienced team members as needed. To be considered for the Manufacturing Engineer role you will need:

Hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembling control panels, or a strong understanding of how they are designed and produced. Previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, or a desire to transition from a hands-on role to a more strategic position. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
