Establishing and maintaining controlled processes, documentation, and business systems, alongside developing, implementing, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs). Required Skills and Qualifications:
Engineering Qualification. Multiple years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering within a quality critical environment. Proven project management skills. Critical thinking ability for evaluating product and process designs with a view to propose improvements. Experience with lean/continuous improvement principles; 5S, FMEA, VSM, Process flow, A3 Problem solving, etc. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in IT, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project. Experience in the use of CAD packages. Electrical knowledge and/or testing is beneficial. Benefits include:
