An opportunity has opened for a
Manufacturing Engineering Manager
to join a market-leading Engineering business in the heart of the West Midlands.
The role of Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing and will be responsible for five direct reports. You'll be covering all aspects of people management whilst driving forward and improving production within the business.
Due to the nature of the role, you'll need to have a high level of experience within a manufacturing engineer position whilst also having strong communication skills to be able to make improvements on the production line.

People management experience Experience as a manufacturing engineer Degree qualified (or equivalent) Lean Six Sigma (desirable) Strong communication skills
