Engineering Supervisor

As the Engineering Supervisor, you’ll take on a leadership role where you’ll oversee electrical maintenance operations and support the local management team in driving performance and quality. Key responsibilities include: Team leadership : Supervising Electrical Shift Technicians, Day Shift Technicians, and Instrument & Control Engineers to deliver exceptional results. Operational planning : Scheduling and coordinating electrical work with a focus on safety, efficiency, and project timelines. Performance management : Monitoring team output, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards. Compliance and safety : Ensuring all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as industry standards and regulations. Project involvement : Supporting improvements and delivering high-quality project work as part of a proactive maintenance approach. What You’ll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you should have: At least

5 years of experience

in the paper industry or a similar process-driven environment. HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in team leadership and management. Excellent communication and project management skills. A passion for achieving and maintaining quality excellence. Bonus Skills (Desirable but not Essential)

Knowledge of PLC programming. Experience with HV switching (up to 11kv) and VSDs. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software. What’s on Offer
