Daventry, United Kingdom. This is a permanent contract, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week with flexible hours. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensuring Safety:

Recognizing and minimizing the environmental impact of your work will contribute to the company’s sustainability goals.

Adhering to Protocols:

Following process documentation and quality procedures will help maintain consistency and reduce quality exposures.

RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role you will need the following: Strong Health and Safety Awareness:

Champion proactive health and safety behaviors, identify and report hazards, and participate in actions to improve workplace safety.

Technical Knowledge of Controls Safety:

Recognize and manage hazards related to electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure safe practices and reduce injuries.

Manufacturing Expertise:

Demonstrate a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and effectively implement changes to improve efficiency and meet functional needs.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Support root cause analysis for quality and health & safety issues, and work on implementing effective solutions to enhance overall performance.

QUALIFICATIONS Education/ Experience: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
