Our Manufacturing Graduate Pathway is the perfect place for an aspiring graduate with a natural interest in the future of manufacturing, at a crucial and very exciting time in the MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) industry. This pathway is tailored to expose you to key areas of the business that will develop you into a strong all-rounder within the manufacturing field, and give you a thorough understanding of how Vistry Group’s manufacturing capability supports its housebuilding ambitions. This pathway includes rotations within the business areas below, all constructed with key learning objectives in mind to equip you with all the knowledge you need: Production & Maintenance > Logistics & Supply Chain > Construction You’ll rotate through these areas across an 18-month period and during your final rotation, you’ll agree with your Line Manager where you will specialise and transition into upon completion of your rotations. Potential jobs will include Assistant Production Manager and Assistant Contracts Manager. We may close the vacancy earlier if we receive a high volume of applications, so we encourage you to apply at your earliest convenience. Enjoy 28 days’ holiday plus all UK Bank Holidays. There are options to carry leave forward and buy up to 5 days. Pension with Legal & General
