An incredibly successful food manufacturing business based in the West Midlands is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to assist with the consistent growth of their flagship site.

Exemplify long-term operational strategies within a food manufacturing environment. Coach and develop large teams to achieve operational excellence. Ensure high-quality product delivery to UK retailers.
Requirements:
A relevant degree within manufacturing, operations, or engineering. Proven experience in food manufacturing.
