Client Details Our client is an industrial SME manufacturing company based in Liverpool. They are going through an exciting period of positive change and expected growth, and following an internal move they are looking for a Manufacturing Manager. Description Main Purpose of the Role

Directing all aspects of manufacturing in order to produce cost-effective, timely, and high-quality products in a safe & secure working environment. Main Duties

Improve operational management systems, processes, and drive best practice. Develop & mentor the manufacturing team. Manage the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the operating methods, equipment, systems infrastructure used to realize operating goals and objectives. Direct development of production work schedules to meet internal goals and customer expectations; monitor process and personnel performance of scheduled work activities to remove operating impediments and achieve established operating goals. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and forge a safe and sound manufacturing environment. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to drive performance improvements (S,Q,D,C,P). Conduct regular performance evaluations & provide constructive feedback and coaching. Focus on driving efficiencies & margin enhancement. Identify & implement automation solutions. Profile

You will be an operations manager, production manager, or manufacturing manager (or equivalent) with a proven track record within an SME industrial manufacturing company. We are considering all industrial manufacturing backgrounds such as metal components, precision engineering, welding, fabrication, machining, capital equipment manufacture, and production assembly, from general manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace sectors alike. Furthermore, to being a strong leader and people manager, we need the following capabilities: Manufacturing Safety:

Knowledge of manufacturing safety; ability to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of workers, environment, and site. Quality Management:

Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques; ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization. Analytical Thinking:

Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to
