The Planning Manager appointment is a pivotal role that will see you lead the planning function, where you will deliver development, planning, and reporting tools to create critical insight for the entire business. Remit:
You will master the scheduling framework, scheduling tool design and implementation, and short-range capacity planning. Maximize the use of the ERP system with a view to look at short, medium, and long-term developments to improve business efficiency. Support rough cut capacity planning in conjunction with the Head of Supply Chain and highlight ahead of time capacity constraints while advising on solutions. You will be the Planning lead with the Supply Chain’s customer base and internally with the Commercial Team. A prerequisite for this role is FMCG planning experience, coupled with extensive understanding and intellect in using (and getting the best out of) an ERP System.
