Process Improvement: Lead the deployment of the Daily Management System (FLOW) using proven methodologies. Develop project scopes for improvement initiatives and manage the integration of new equipment. Oversee training and creation of Safe Working Procedures (SWP) for process changes.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain Operational Management Systems, including standards, risk assessments, and compliance documentation. Ensure Safe Working Procedures align with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Technical Services and Product Development teams to manage the Product Development Approval (PDA) process, from initiation to customer order acceptance.

Audit Coordination: Act as the main contact for internal product audits and support external audits as required.

Continuous Improvement: Take ownership of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem-Solving (PPS) processes. Lead initiatives to improve waste management and operational planning.
